There is no doubt that pizza holds a special place in my heart. Admittedly, I don’t eat it that much because it takes a lot of time to make my own gluten free pizza crust.

By the time I realize the actual time it is going to take to make it, I conclude that I really don’t NEED to eat the pizza. (And by that, I mean that I usually end up  devouring all of the pizza in one night.)

Ingredients:

  • 3 bell peppers, seeded and sliced in half
  • 1 (15 oz) jar of pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (swap with dairy-free cheese, if needed)
  • Whatever toppings you'd like!

Directions:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2. Place bell pepper onto baking sheet.
  • 3. Fill each pepper half with 3-4 Tablespoons pizza sauce.
  • 4. Fill in with your toppings (Onions, peppers, olives, pepperoni, sausage, etc.).
  • 5. Sprinkle each pepper with cheese.
  • 6. Baked 15-18 minutes.
